Successful participants are typically recognised as First Aiders for Mental Health and act as a key point of contact in an organisation or group.

📘 Qualification Level & Structure

• RQF Level 2 Award in First Aid for Mental Health (England/Wales)

• SCQF Level 5 Award in First Aid for Mental Health (Scotland)

• Duration: Usually 1 day (about 6 hours)

• Assessment: Practical demonstration of skills + written knowledge check
