First Aid for Mental Health Leader (SCQF Level 6)

This 2-Day course goes into detail on a wide range of mental health conditions and the support and help provided by healthcare professionals. It covers the content of both the Level 4 and Level 5 qualifications but is aimed at Trainer/Assessors and/or supervisor level within the workplace.

3 day First Aid at Work.

Our First Aid at Work course is ideal for individuals who need to be fully trained in all aspects of first aid in the workplace. It covers a wide range of topics to ensure participants are prepared for any emergency.

  • How to manage an unresponsive casualty who is not breathing normally
  • How to manage a casualty who is in shock

Mini Medics

Does your little one know what they need to do in an emergency?


Basic First aid training for children aged 7-11 years. Training includes calling emergency services, CPR And AED training, recovery position and chocking treatment. 

Monthly Lifeguard ongoing Training

It is highly recomended that Lifeguards carry out 2 hours training per month to maintain there knowledge and improve there skills in the water, First Aid and knowledge of where they work. 

Lifeguard Training

Our lifeguard training course prepares individuals to ensure the safety of swimmers and prevent aquatic emergencies. Participants learn essential rescue techniques, CPR, and first aid skills to respond effectively in water-related incidents.

First Aid IQA

First Aid trainers need to be Internally Quality Assured to maintain their trainer status. This should be done annually as a minimum, we would recommendevery 4th course that you do, to help maintain standards and consistancy in your training and assessing.
